Finding Your Niche Market

Niche Marketing is a term that’s been around forever. I originally heard it first in Jay Conrad Levinson’s book “Guerilla Marketing”. This article pertains to niche marketing online. Niches exist everywhere. For example in a recent trip to Cuba, I wanted to buy a kitchen knife for a relative, however it was pointed out that the knives sold in stores are of inferior quality, and that the knife makers make much better longer lasting knives.
Knife making in Cuba may be a viable niche, one that there’s are a market for, but would be a tougher niche somewhere else. By the way, knives are a big hobby, and tons of money is being made in that niche, did you know that? I personally know someone who does well over six figures making blanks for the knife handles.
Niches are a funny thing. Personally, I prefer physical product type niches, and this is based on those. You can have a website based around water filters and make no money, but someone else can have a website about a particular brand of water filter, and make hundreds or more for the month. The problem is finding that one brand, if it exists. There are easy and not so easy ways to do that. There’s were many people fail, they get setup their water filter site, and get no traffic and no sales and get discouraged, or worse yet find the “micro niche” that works, but then get’s tossed or de-indexed by Google.
There are many obstacles to making money online, if it was easy, no one would leave their houses and go to work. But there is any easier way to search for your micro niches, it’s the way I found a niche that makes my up to $1000 in one month. Will you find one too? Dennis Becker covered it in his ebook “5 Bucks A Day” which you can access for free below.
This method is responsible for kick starting many internet marketing careers, will it kick start yours?
Focusing to Make Money Online

The problem that I have and I know that a lot of people have is the inability to focus and hone in on one thing that will make them money. We buy the next product thinking that that is the magic bullet. The end all cure all. Guess what? It doesn’t exist.
There are dozens and even hundreds of products out there that will help you, but you need to focus on one area at a time, and move on from there. One idea that works is using a barometer, like how much you would like to make from a particular site or project. One of the most influential books I ever read on “productivity” is 5 Bucks a Day by Dennis Becker.
The goal in “5 Bucks a Day” is to work on projects that earn you, you guessed it, 5 bucks in one day. You might question and even think that 5 bucks a day will get you nowhere, but think about it this way. If you have a list of 10 projects, each taking you a defined amount of time to complete, and if they all produced just 5 bucks a day, then you would have added over $18,000 in yearly income from just those projects alone. Can you see the math?
Working on projects that are closely related to each other, will feed off each other and create more returns.
For example, instead of working on different niches, work on one sure niche that you know will return profits.
It’s tough to focus, at least for me, on the things that I know work. Article marketing works, but it’s with great pain that I write. Actually, I love writing, it’s starting to write that’s the problem. As an member here for years, you can see that my article output is abysmal, but that’s okay, because, I make money other ways.
Personally, I’ve been successful with niche marketing and creating products. I’ve been miserable at article marketing and this article is an attempt by me to change that. I’m challenging myself to write 50 articles in 100 days.
My goal is simple, I want to add people to my list, help them move towards their goals by pointing them in the right direction for them.
There are many ways to make an online income, and quickly finding the best fit for you, and then focusing on that route is the quickest way to achieving your online goals.
Five Bucks a Day is a must read, that helps you to improve your productivity and primes you on some of the fastest ways to make money online, and I would like you to get a free copy, by checking filling in your name below.
